ABC Gift Cards Nigeria ("ABC Gift Cards", "we", "our", "us") operates a digital gifting and experience marketplace accessible at abcgiftcardsng.com. By purchasing, redeeming, accepting, listing, or using any ABC Gift Card or ABC Gift Packs/Experiences, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to: Buyers (individuals purchasing gift cards, gift packs, or experiences); Recipients (individuals receiving and redeeming gift cards); Vendors/Partners (businesses providing goods or services listed on the platform); Website users.
2. Definitions
- Gift Card: A digital or physical stored-value card issued by ABC Gift Cards that can be used to pay for eligible goods/services on the platform.
- Vendor: A verified business offering products, services, or experiences through ABC Gift Cards.
- Buyer: Any customer who purchases a gift card, gift pack, or experience.
- Recipient: The person who receives and redeems the gift card.
- Gift Pack: A curated physical gift item assembled and delivered nationwide.
- Experience: A service provided by a vendor (spa, restaurant, cinema, beauty, etc.).
- Wallet Balance: The available value on a gift card after fees or deductions.
3. ABC Gift Card Purchase & Maintenance Fee
3.1 Purchase — Gift cards may be purchased online via bank transfer, debit card, or other payment methods displayed on the website. Once payment is confirmed, the gift card is activated instantly.
3.2 Automatic Maintenance Fee (3%) — A 3% card maintenance fee is automatically deducted immediately after purchase. Example: Buyer purchases ₦10,000 gift card; Maintenance fee (3%) = ₦300; Usable balance = ₦9,700.
3.3 Purpose of Maintenance Fee — The maintenance fee covers platform administration, vendor coordination, customer support, wallet security, and technology infrastructure.
3.4 Non-Refundable — The maintenance fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Gift Card Usage & Redemption
4.1 Eligible Transactions — Gift cards can be used to pay for gift packs, vendor experiences, and products listed on abcgiftcardsng.com.
4.2 Partial Redemption — If the purchase amount is lower than the wallet balance, the remaining balance stays active until used.
4.3 Expiry — Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances after expiry are forfeited.
4.4 Non-Transferable — Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.
4.5 Fraudulent Use — ABC Gift Cards reserves the right to suspend or terminate any gift card suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
5. Buyer Terms

5.2 Payment Confirmation — Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
5.3 Delivery for Gift Packs — Delivery timelines vary by location: Lagos: same day or next day; other states: 2–4 days; remote areas: 3–7 days. Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
5.4 Refund Policy — Refunds are only issued when a vendor fails to deliver an experience, a gift pack arrives damaged, or ABC Gift Cards cancels an order due to internal issues. Refunds are not issued for completed experiences, delivered gift packs in good condition, maintenance fees, or expired gift cards.
5.5 Buyer Responsibilities — Buyers agree to verify vendor availability before booking, follow vendor rules and instructions, arrive on time for scheduled experiences, and provide correct delivery details.
6. Vendor Terms
6.1 Vendor Eligibility — Vendors must be legally registered businesses, provide verifiable contact information, maintain consistent service quality, and agree to ABC Gift Cards' commission structure.
6.2 Vendor Dashboard — Vendors receive access to a dashboard to view bookings, confirm availability, mark services as completed, and track payouts.
6.3 Service Delivery — Vendors must respond to booking notifications promptly, confirm or decline bookings within the required timeframe, deliver services professionally and on schedule, and notify ABC Gift Cards of any delays or issues.
6.4 Vendor Payouts — Payouts are processed after service completion. Vendors must provide accurate bank details. ABC Gift Cards may withhold payouts for disputed or incomplete services.
6.5 Vendor Conduct — Vendors must not overcharge customers, request direct payment outside the platform, cancel confirmed bookings without valid reason, or provide substandard or unsafe services.
6.6 Vendor Removal — ABC Gift Cards may suspend or remove vendors for repeated customer complaints, fraudulent activity, poor service quality, or breach of these Terms.
7. Platform Terms
7.1 Marketplace Role — ABC Gift Cards acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We do not directly provide vendor services.
7.2 Service Availability — We may update, modify, or remove services or vendors at any time.
7.3 Limitation of Liability — ABC Gift Cards is not liable for vendor delays, vendor misconduct, customer misuse, delivery delays caused by logistics partners, or losses arising from incorrect buyer information.
7.4 Dispute Resolution — Disputes between buyers and vendors will be mediated by ABC Gift Cards. Our decision is final.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process customer and vendor data for order fulfillment, delivery, vendor coordination, customer support, and platform improvement. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except logistics partners and vendors involved in fulfilling orders.
9. Changes to Terms
