Card Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused balances will not be refunded upon expiration. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or refunded, except where required by law. Shipping and Taxes: Any applicable shipping costs and taxes will be deducted from the card balance or added to the total payment amount at checkout, as applicable. Lost or Stolen Cards: ABC Gift Cards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Lost cards will not be replaced. Balance Inquiry: Cardholders can check their remaining balance on the website at the Check Balance page. Eligible Vendors: Gift cards can only be redeemed at participating vendors listed on our website or as updated periodically. The list is subject to change without notice. Usage Restrictions: Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or be applied to previous purchases. Fraud Prevention: ABC Gift Cards reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a gift card if fraudulent activity is suspected. Card Purchase & Shipping Policy Customers who wish to receive a physical ABCGiftcard by delivery are subject to the following fees: - Card Fee: ₦5,000 per card - Shipping Within Lagos: ₦2,500 - Shipping Outside Lagos: ₦4,000 to ₦10,000, depending on the destination Shipping fees are calculated based on location and will be confirmed at checkout or during order processing.
